Pricing is based on a per person basis, depending on your needs and budget. We are happy to provide a Master Bill for your convenience. Please call for rate information.
Available to complete your meeting:
- An appealing variety of conference facilities and meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 10 to 200.
- AV equipment including TV/VCR/DVD, projection screen, overhead, flip charts and easel, white boards, and slide projector.
- Wi-Fi available in all meeting spaces in the Historic Lodge.
- Dial up internet access available in all meeting spaces.
- All meals are provided by Season's, our award winning restaurant, in private dining areas. Box lunches are also available for a "working lunch."
- Meeting beverages include: all day coffee, hot tea, juice, soft drinks, and water.
- Morning and afternoon break snacks freshly prepared by our in-house chefs.
- Complete use of our extensive grounds, recreational facilities and equipment.
Available for a fee:
- Hardwired broadband internet access in the Grand Ole Hall.
- Multi-media projector.
Team-building activities, such as the on-site Ropes Course, are available and supervised by
Building Bridges, Inc. (BBI), which provide leadership training classes and more. We can help you schedule these innovative programs designed to enhance employee communication, problem solving and productivity for your group. Please visit our
