Season's Restaurant is also featured in the article and the collaboration between the head gardener and chefs are highlighted with regard to the onsite organic garden and the seasonally changing menu. The dinner entrée of roasted thyme rack of lamb with wild berry-jasmine rice and grilled vegetables is mentioned as a delightful example of this partnership.
